Terms and conditions
Accepting the terms
By using M2Promo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These terms apply to visitors, users, owners, streamers and admins.

What M2Promo provides
M2Promo is an independent platform for discovering and promoting private Metin2 server communities, streamers, votes, Server Battle and Watch Rewards.
M2Promo does not operate listed servers, host game clients, sell in-game items or guarantee rewards inside external games.
Accounts use Supabase Auth. Roles such as owner, streamer and admin are assigned and checked by M2Promo, not by OAuth metadata alone.
- Servers, streamer profiles, Watch Rewards and Battle flows may require review before they appear publicly.
- Rankings and counters use platform activity such as votes, battle votes, clicks and live status.
- Dashboard access depends on the role and ownership/relationship checks enforced by the API.
- Owners and streamers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted content, links, rewards and streams.
- Paid subscriptions and Stripe/payment features are dormant until separate terms are published.
Public content and licence
Owners and streamers are responsible for names, descriptions, banners, logos, avatars, links, reward text, presentation links, channel links and other submitted material.
Do not submit illegal, misleading, abusive, copied, malware-related, phishing, fraudulent, exploit-promoting, rights-infringing or community-harming content.
- You grant M2Promo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, moderate and promote submitted content for platform operation.
- You must have the rights needed for uploaded images, names, logos, rewards, links and stream content.
- M2Promo may hide, reject or remove content that creates legal, security or user-safety risk.
- Some deleted content may remain temporarily in cache, backups, logs or dispute records.
Copyright, trademarks and private servers
M2Promo is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Webzen, Gameforge or the owners of Metin2 rights and trademarks.
Game names are used descriptively. No official relationship, licence or approval is implied.
Owners and streamers are responsible for their servers, branding, images, downloads, payments, rewards, streams and external services.
- Do not present a server, channel, event or reward as official unless you have verifiable permission to do so.
- To report a rights issue, send the affected URL, proof of rights and a good-faith statement through feedback.
- M2Promo may disable reported content while a credible complaint is reviewed.
- Counter-information can be sent through the same channel, but M2Promo is not a court and may keep content offline until the dispute is clarified.
Normal Vote and rankings
Normal Vote is a signed flow between a server site, M2Promo and the server-side verification or delivery endpoint.
It uses opaque player/account/character tokens, hashed cooldown values, Turnstile where configured and controlled return URLs.
Rankings can change when votes expire, jobs refresh, abuse is removed or ranking logic changes.
Automation, fake accounts, scripted voting, proxy abuse, token sharing, flooding, reward abuse or any behaviour intended to distort rankings is prohibited.
Watch Rewards
Watch Rewards lets owners run admin-reviewed reward events for logged-in viewers.
Owners generate, import and honour the codes in their own system. M2Promo allocates and displays codes but does not guarantee in-game delivery.
Codes have no monetary value on M2Promo and are subject to the issuing server's own rules.
Progress is validated server-side and may depend on player availability, browser behaviour and user interaction with playback or sound.
External links, streamers and embeds
M2Promo may link to websites, Discord, YouTube, Twitch, Kick and TikTok, and may embed supported players where enabled.
External providers control their own content, cookies/storage, outages, moderation and rules. M2Promo is not responsible for external downloads, purchases, malware, account issues or promises made outside M2Promo.
Moderation, suspension and appeals
M2Promo may approve, reject, hide, suspend or remove accounts, servers, streamers, battles, rewards, feedback or uploads.
Immediate action may be taken for fraud, security risk, vote/reward abuse, unlawful content, impersonation or serious complaints.
You may ask for review through feedback. Audit, security and dispute records may be kept where needed.
Availability, accuracy and liability
M2Promo is provided as-is and as-available. Uptime, rankings, rewards, external servers and live providers are not guaranteed.
Supabase, Cloudflare Turnstile, hosting, OAuth providers, live platforms, Discord and owner systems may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M2Promo is not liable for indirect losses, lost rewards, lost rankings, external disputes or third-party/user content issues. Nothing limits liability where the law prohibits that limitation.
